Village Planning Tool

	This is a GIS based planning tool . This can be used for any village authority to compile and analyse data.

	Normally village level data could be available pertaining to population , Education, Health, Animal,Water resources, Housing and rehabitation, Facilities like electricity, toilets, Fuel, shops etc village information related to economy rating, land holding, house hold income, ration cards voting cards etc.

	Availability of post office, Medical services, dispensaries, water schemes, schools, Fire stations etc in proporation to population could also be displayed on village map.

	The GIS nalysis tools offer thematic and comparitive display of facility on map. This helps the village authority to take decision like facility available could be seen and checked in proporation to population. Accordingly proposal could be forwarded to the district authority (Govt) for requirement of adequate facilities and village plans to implement the same.This also distnctly displays absence of some of the vital facility needs of community.
